The role includes coordination of the design with the construction requirements, follow-up on all activities including manufacturing, factory testing, transport, delivery, storage, installation, and Testing & Commissioning (T&C) for the discipline, ensuring proper integration with the interfacing and overarching systems, handover activities as well as follow-through on the post construction activities such as performance demonstration during the defect notification period, until the final handover of the work package.Main Responsibilities:The candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:Retrieve progress from SIGTrack progress for design, ICDs, RFIs, procurement, installation and other relevant KPIsReview the subcontractor(s) documents and administer the Aconex review process with the relevant parties: lead designer, RAMS, Quality, T&C, etc.Package the subcontractor(s) documents for submission to the EOR/CityOrganise with the subcontractor(s) and the City the Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) events as required in Canada and abroad.
