GENARAL SUMMARYReporting to the Accounting Manager, the main responsibilities are to be in charge for the bank payments and Various reconciliations on daily basis. This is a part time position, on Saturday and Sunday mornings, from 6am to 10am.Under the direction of the Warehouse Manager and at the heart of our logistics operations, the Clerk actively participates in customer service.We are looking for a dynamic, motivated and structured person to expand our network and ensure the development of sales growth.Main responsibilities:• Greet customers coming to pick up their orders• Bill the clients• Control the cash register• Manage customers’ waiting time• Work in collaboration with the warehouse team members, the sales department and accounts receivable • 1 year of customer service and/or billing experience• Experience in the wholesale or floral industry is an asset• DEP/DEC in Administration or any other related training• Bilingualism French/English• Good knowledge of the Office suite, particularly Excel and ERP an asset• Active listening and interpersonal skills• Have a collaborative spirit • Rigorous in the execution of tasks • Availaility on Saturdays and Sundays, from 6am to 10am.
