Elle assure la validité technique des résultats à des fins diagnostiques, de suivi thérapeutique ou de recherche.Doit détenir un diplôme d’études collégiales (DEC) avec spécialisation en technologie médicale d’une école reconnue par le ministère de l’Éducation, du Loisir et du Sport.
