Oversee the material test for ongoing construction activities for conformance to project drawings, specifications, building codes, time schedules, budget levels and other applicable regulations. The Opportunity: WSP has upcoming municipal infrastructure upgrade projects that are anticipated to enter construction in 2024 in various areas of Newfoundland & Labrador.
