What you'll do here: Review all submitted tickets to ensure accuracy. Enter new pricing of Materials for all customers. Responsible for receiving function in SAP to ensure costs are incurred in a timely manner. Assist with Material and Inventory Control Program for tracking materials in accordance with our Quality Program. Responsible for coordination with construction team to collect bills of lading/shipment receipts. Coordinate invoice issues with buyers, finance, and project controls Responsible for managing project records and saving documentation in project document repository. Assist project teams with ad hoc tasks as required. Collaborate with AP to solve any issues with invoices and purchase orders. Provide customer service to new and existing customers with regards to AP issues and payments. Assist with payroll processing, onboarding new hires and entering weekly hours. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor. What you bring to theam: Minimum 1-year administrative experience, preferably in the construction industry.
