Job Skills / RequirementsPosition: Casual Security Guard Site: Various Hours: Various 4, 8, and 12 hours shifts Payrate(s): Minimum $16.55/hours (base rate) Note: All casual security guards have their base payrate set to minimum wage ($16.55/hour), however you are paid based on which is higher: your base payrate, or the site payrate. Job Requirements • Valid Security License for the province of Ontario • Valid First Aid & CPR - Level C (from a WSIB-approved vendor) • Proof of (minimum) double COVID-19 vaccination • Relatively open availability • Flexible and adaptable • Able to work in high volume, fast paced environments • Able to work within a team or independently from site to site • Must be able to work a minimum of four (4) shifts every 30 consecutive days • Certifications in Use of Force (UoF) and Management of Aggressive Behaviour (MOAB) are preferred • Paladin provides an opt-in certification program for applicants who are not currently certified prior to your Paladin onboarding.
