Participate / lead project tasks for conceptual and preliminary engineering and final design activities, as well as development of construction plans, calculations and specifications. Coordinate with Project Management as well as other engineering and technical design disciplines such as traffic, electrical, hydrotechnical, structures, environment, archeological, hydraulics and utilities, etc.. Participate hands-on in the preparation of RFP Responses to secure Design Assignments. Participate hands-on in preparation of Plans, Specifications and Estimates (Design and Construction Cost Estimating).
