Day in the Life: The People Experience Business (HR) Partner acts as a consultant to the General Manager on achieving excellence in all Human Resource, Office and Point of Sale (in centralized stores) services within the store while striving to meet or exceed the profit model and productivity standards. All responsibilities of the Human Resource Manager are to be executed so as to optimize the customers' & associate's experience in the store, therefore the successful candidate is expected to be on-site. What You Will Do: ● Provide counseling to Leaders on coaching to deliver results ● Manage recruitment function for assigned client group.
