Job Summary: You are an experienced and enthusiastic Truck Driver who and takes pride in safe and efficient operation. You will be operating a Pilot Truck and will be responsible for front and rear escorting of over-dimensional load trucks at the Pipeline sites. The Opportunity:Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, the Maintenance Technician is accountable to assisting with a full range of maintenance and repairs on all plant equipment and facilities.Support Asset Management and Maintenance Program. Document plans and results. The Maintenance Technician is responsible to support the Asset Management program focusing on the current active assets used to improve the reliability of our equipment. Duties & Accountabilities Attend DMP Daily Monday to Friday to start with Safety, Breakdown in last 24 hours, Weekly Preventive Maintenance Schedule, Projects. Start with Safety Moment. Directly support Asset Management Program cover 6 key areas (equipment, people, material, method, system, culture) to ensure a robust and successful solution. Follow procedure for daily inspection routine build around reliability techniques, testing, tags process from clean, adjust, inspection, lubricate and calibration. Ensure spare parts stocking Setup Maintenance shop base on drop off, refurbish and ready to go as per assets management workflow site Lead Refurbish maintenance (Q) activities  Coordinate efforts with equipment suppliers Safely maintains and repairs equipment used during the production of underground storage tanks and accessories Accurately utilizes purchase log, process sheets, and maintenance records Assists with rebuilding and making adjustments on portable tools, heaters, lift trucks, and other equipment and machines as required Assist with the maintenance of the electrical, hydraulic, plumbing, water connections and fittings, compressed air systems, air filters, and all heating and cooling equipment throughout the manufacturing plant Assist with the maintenance or arrange maintenance of fire sprinkler systems, static electricity arresters, and fire doors Other related duties as required  Skills & Qualifications DEC in Mechanical engineering or DEP in industrial mechanic or electro mechanic Valid driver’s license Minimum 3 to 5 years general maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial Availability to work weekends as needed Preference will be given to candidates having forklift experience / certification / Fall Protection / Aerial Lift Experience or certification General skills in operating tools and equipment and an understanding of the conditions that may impact their performance General understanding of building and equipment maintenance, mechanical, plumbing, and carpentry work Skilled in performing basic repairs Ability to work from wiring diagrams and equipment manuals for rebuilding equipment and manual repairs Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to communicate effectively with others and work as part of a team Ability to learn new tools and equipment as required for the position Ability to work at heights and within confined spaces when required Physical capabilities include bending, crouching, kneeling, and the ability to stand for extended periods of time
