This involves personally soliciting prospects for planned gifts (both outright and deferred), as well as providing the strategy and support for others on the Advancement team to solicit prospects to maximize the opportunities for fundraising success; Works in collaboration with the Advancement team to set goals and develop plans; Works with the Advancement team to prepare and update planned giving materials including brochures, websites, and forms; Moves top prospects through the donor cycle by managing them in coordination with the school's leadership team and selected volunteers. This involves preparation of strategies and briefing notes for calls and completion of call follow-up; Works closely with other areas of Advancement to develop donor relations plans and to maximize major and leadership planned gift opportunities; Develops and executes strategic plans for engaging planned giving donors and prospects through visits, calls and events to achieve the highest level of support from all donors through confirmed estate gifts and current or deferred complex types of gifts; Provides a timely, thoughtful and professional response to all planned giving inquiries received by phone, direct mail, emails, and surveys. This position is to report directly to the Representative of the GTAA on a day-to-day basis. You will provide proactive and reactive security services safeguarding the traffic sector of Toronto Pearson International Airport. The safety and security of all Airport occupants is paramount to Paladin Security's success. Specific duties include but are not limited to:•Being alert and observant while being outside, standing or walking for an extended period in all weather conditions (Rain, Snow, Excessive Heat & Cold...etc.)•Conduct inspection of new and existing taxis, limos and peak period vehicles and ensure each vehicle is in accordance with the Conditions of Permit (number of vehicles to be inspection shall be at the discretion of the GTAA).•Conduct inspections of all Groundside commercial vehicles i.e. hotel, crew, off airport parking, out of town services, delayed baggage etc.•Inspect and submit reports of any anomalies and/or repairs required of all Groundside buildings and Parking lots as identified by GTAA representative.•Visit driver's area to look for drivers conducting any illegal activity.•Ensure all drivers are parked properly in line when parked in the designated waiting/ holding areas.•Assist Holding Area and Pre-arranged Dispatcher during AVI and pre-arranged system failures.•Give "Notice" to drivers for vehicle repairs and interviews with Commercial Vehicles Coordinator for failing to follow Conditions of Permit.•Investigate serious complaints and report to GTAA Representative.•Conduct and provide terminal curb enforcement and handout violations where necessary.•Verify transponder function and that it is associated with the appropriate vehicle.•Enforce the "Traffic on Land Side of Airports Regulations", as may be amended, supplemented or replaced from time to time (collectively the 'TLSARs")•Issue Parking Infraction Notices (PINs) in accordance with established training procedures.•Attend court for giving evidence on PINs issued by the guards.•Assist Guards with eliminating traffic and pedestrian congestion.•Maintain communications at all times with fellow Security Guard, Cliental and Paladin Managerial Staff.•Respond immediately to any emergency and co-ordinate response accordingly based off established procedures.•Perform duties and tasks assigned by the Security Leadership team and respond to the directions of the client; GTAA.•Be observant and record all discrepancies, deficiencies and safety hazards/ concerns noted during patrols and take corrective action either informing the applicable department or handling it personally, whenever possible.•Be courteous, and helpful in enforcing all company policies, procedures, rules and regulations.•Maintain the highest standard of security at all times, being professional in attitude, appearance and application.•Perform security duties in accordance with established procedures.
