The position will perform the same job functions but will not have the specific accountabilities of a book of customers.Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree or higher in Agriculture or Business or a related field and 3 months of related experience*, OR Diploma (or due to graduate within 4 months) in Agriculture or Business or a related field and 6 months of related experience, OR An equivalent combination of education and/or work experience may be considered. *Related experience may include the following: Direct farming experience. Experience with agricultural production or consultation. Experience in insurance or sales. Preference may be given to applicants with: Agricultural Tree Fruit, Grape, Berry, Vegetable, Grain and/or Forage related experience. Provisos: A valid Class 5 B.C. driver's license or Canadian equivalent is required.
