Observes who is in the stores/ retail locations at the time of the visit, the presence or absence of decals and signage, the physical appearance of the sales clerk and any identification worn.4. Observes the details of the conversation with the sales clerks, the tobacco, vapour or tanning products purchased where applicable and the transactions during the visit.5. Upon leaving the store, places identifying marks on the purchases or receipts in accordance with established policy and immediately hands the purchase and change over to the Enforcement Officer as evidence of the violation. 6.
