Inspect returned equipment, red tag, and cycle through the service workflow. Rotate equipment from wash bay, to necessary service bay, to prep and paint and back into the service line. Communicate damage to branch manager right away for Work Order management. Stay in constant communication with shoring technician, welder, wash bay and painter to ensure equipment is always moving into service. Keep the storage of vertical hydraulic shoring (rails, chudoform, and cylinders), build a box, XLAP shields, adjustable spreader and high arch spreader stacked, unbuild, serviced, and neatly organized at all times. Required to assemble and disassemble fleet equipment in preparation for orders/returns. Communicate parts requisitions to shop lead for purchase. Complete administrative tasks as assigned. What You’ll Bring to the Team Qualifications and Requirements: Must be able to physically lift up to 50 lbs. independently and stand, bend and lift for long periods of time. Must have a valid forklift license. Must be comfortable working outdoors. Valid Class G driver’s license with a driver’s abstract (no more than three demerit points). Individual must be detailed oriented, organized, and display pride in their work keeping the equipment under their management clean, serviced and always organized. Available to work overtime when required. Flexibility; must be comfortable with managing and adapting to multiple changing priorities in a fast-paced work environment. Excellent problem-solving skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to converse with colleagues, customers, and other parties in a professional and courteous manner.
