STRUCTURAL WELDER/FITTER:We are seeking a highly skilled structural welder/fitter that desires to be part of a growing company where they can demonstrate their skills, and are interested in training to learn new skills in the form of automatic welding, co-operative robotic welding, and induction heating.In this position, you will work in a manufacturing facility to build grapples, clamshell buckets, and more that are used all over the world as a crucial link in the global supply chain on everything from loading grain in Ukraine to copper ore in Peru. Mass Production Preparation Welding Technician

We are looking for a skilled mechanic welder to report to the Exhaust Systems Team Leader to help us develop and prepare for mass production. In this role, you will have a major impact on the directions to be taken to influence the development and process of robotic and manual mechanical welding. YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO: Analyze drawings and influence engineering in relation to the mechanical welding process. Design and purchase equipment and tooling for mass production. Test and validate the ability to produce new exhaust systems. Conduct sector risk analyses and take the necessary corrective action. Support operations when major issues arise and find definitive solutions. YOU WILL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES: A technical diploma (DEC) in metalworking or mechanical engineering. Knowledge of mechanical systems. Good CAD design skills (Catia would be an asset). Experience in project management and the ability to work as part of a team. Creativity and curiosity to develop new concepts or processes.
