The Manager, Professional Development and Employee Experience is an experienced self-motivated leader who applies an anti-racist, anti-oppressive lens to intentionally identify and eliminate inequitable practices and provide strategic planning, consultation, solution development, and overall management of the Board’s professional development programs, and the management of various aspects of the employee lifecycle experience and staff performance appraisal programs.
