Our team of Supply Chain and Logistics experts speaks your language and operates in your world.I'm supporting one of our clients in the distribution sector, in their search for a team leader warehouseUnder the supervision of the Distribution Supervisor, the team leader will have the mission to support the management team in planning and organizing the department's daily operations.Responsibilities:- Analyze floor operations, set priorities, and allocate team members based on operational needs of the shift.- Ensure operational productivity of the team and support members in achieving productivity targets.- Promote health and safety standards and ensure the team operates in a secure environment.- Oversee workers' equipment inspection and address mechanical issues.- Identify distributor training needs and suggest training improvement opportunities.- Ensure scanning of all pallets sent for distribution.- Analyze distribution error reports and forward information to relevant parties.- Coordinate with the central aisle department to adhere to FIFO pallet distribution.- Coordinate the use of electric pallet jacks at the start and end of the shift, and ensure cleaning at the shift's end.- Generate worksheets for dispatchers, missing distribution labels, and productivity reports.- Maintain adequate department flow.- Provide recommendations regarding the work environment and equipment used by the team.- College diploma in administration, supply chain, operations management, or an equivalent combination of education and experience;- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a similar position;- Ability to coordinate several activities at the same time and to manage priorities;- Good knowledge of the Office suite, particularly Excel;- Good communication and leadership skills;- Organized, rigorous and great attention to detail;- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentPROCESS: Initial interview with Anissa El Farh, Fed Supply Recruitment Consultant - followed by an interview with the company's Human Resources Manager and Position Manager.To apply: www.fedsupply.caTo contact me: (438) 498-0291E:
