What the day will look like Lead the claims process for corporate clients from start to finish, including notifying carriers of new claims, following up for acknowledgement letters and coverage positions, following up on settlements, remitting settlements to clients and handling all necessary correspondence; Serve as a client advocate to protect their interests in the claims process; Advise Aon’s clients through the claim’s process; Interpret the insurance policy and coverage on behalf of Aon clients; Assist clients and brokers on coverage issues; Act as a technical expert in the following fields: Commercial General Liability, Property, and some Financial Lines including cyber.
