Why is this role so great? The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is accountable for assuring that customers receive efficient and courteous service. The Customer Service Rep primary focus is on managing an order from point of order placement through to shipment. The CSR will manage and communicate issues related to the customer order. What does this role do? Accountable for maintaining a Daily Log of all their customer orders. Examples: storage charges, delays in manufacturing, additional shipping costs and restocking charges.
