What you bring to the roleFunctional leads are expected to have 5+ years of business requirements analysis (gathering, documenting, and maintaining client requirements), and hands-on experience configuring Dynamics 365 CE applications and Power Platform.Strong experience delivering solutions based on Dynamics 365 CE applications: Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Field Service.Strong experience delivering solutions based on Power Platform: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages.Strong experience leading client workshops with key business stakeholders, requirements and design discussions, and facilitation of internal team meetings.Proven ability to create innovative solutions to solve complex business requirements, and streamline/automate business processes.Strong consulting and communication skills, with a collaborative and team-oriented nature. A passion for technology and its ability to improve business processes.Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, organizational skills.Professional certification in Dynamics 365 CE applications and Power Platform is highly desirable.Previous experience in a consulting organization is an asset.Scrum methodology awareness and previous work in an agile environment is an asset.KPMG BC Region Pay Range Information   The expected base salary range for this position is $98,000 to $182,500 and may be eligible for bonus awards. The determination of an applicant’s base salary within this range is based on the individual’s location, skills & competencies, and unique qualifications.
