Job Summary: The Senior Inventory Analyst provides senior specialist technical expertise in inventory management to the business, leading analysis, recommendations and implementation of solutions. Provides significant input and recommendations into the development of business requirements, design, configuration and administration of inventory management solutions by assessing customer requirements and collecting feedback from user groups. Liaises with vendors to provide technical/functional specifications and recommend solutions to meet business requirements. Tracks and evaluates vendor performance to provide feedback and recommendations on areas of improvement. Leads the creation and maintenance and communication of inventory management technical documentation and user manuals within multiple knowledgebase systems.
