Additional amenities include an onsite beer and wine store and two meeting rooms.Essential Duties and Responsibilities• Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments of hotel• Register arriving guests and assign hotel rooms• Answer enquiries regarding hotel services and registration by a variety of means, provide information about hotel services and respond to guests' complaints, if necessary• Compile and check daily record sheets, guest accounts, receipts and vouchers using computerized or manual systems• Present statements of charges to departing guests and receive payment• Other duties as assigned by supervisorSkills & Qualifications:• Completion of secondary school or equivalent• Experience in front desk operations or hotel management is an asset• Excellent customer service skills• Strong communication skillsWage: $19.50/HourBenefit: Health care plan.
