ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software and hardware Assist with troubleshooting and resolving technical problems for end-users in a timely manner. Install, configure and maintain computer systems, peripherals and software Perform the routine maintenance tasks, such as system updates and backups, equipment inventory, endpoint protection software.
