There is a heavy focus on continuous learning via in-house training, coaching, mentoring, and liaising with the HR department.This role is responsible for leading internal initiatives, implementing and maintaining safety-related practices and initiatives, developing and delivering training plans, co-ordinating and ensuring delivery of leadership development programs and leading training groups in consultation with the HR teams as required.
