Instructs applicants in the operation of the bus and assesses driving skills. Evaluates and makes recommendations on trainee suitability to perform driving and customer service duties Oversees Trainabilities for the pre-qualification process Creates and manages any training trackers or reports required for First Transit or the customer Oversees and maintains ICBC Class 4 Unresricted Commercial Licensing program Stays current with all relevant legislative requirements related to the position to ensure compliance.
