The SPC team is responsible for managing the pursuit process across the country for both our public and private sector marketplace, spanning all BDO industries and services. The SPC is a team of dedicated proposal experts who understand the way both private and Canadian public sector organizations buy. We provide end-to-end services in the preparation, execution and follow-up stages of the pursuit process to help BDO win in the market. Our team is currently seeking a specialist. This candidate would ideally work out of BDO’s Ottawa, Montreal or Toronto office, with the option to work remotely as per BDO policy. Key Accountabilities and ResponsibilitiesSupport the entire pursuit process for strategic proposal responses from proposal kick-off, project management, to final submission.Provide high quality deliverables, and manage all aspects of the pursuit to mitigate any potential risks.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders throughout the proposal process.Provide RFx review and analysis, custom response template development, and end-to-end pursuit management.Ensure we are sharing sales intelligence with the firm’s national sales office, in order to work seamlessly across sales teams.
