The teaching and certification process is provided by the hospital Care planning and coordination of care with various team members. Utilization of computerized systems for documentation of patient care. Participation in project teams or Hospital committees as required. Resource/team leader responsibilities. Preceptorship of nursing students and Mentorship of new nursing staff.   Qualifications:  Current RN registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario. Current BCLS certification. CNA certification in Oncology Nursing is preferred. Current DeSouza course in Oncology Foundations, preferred. Current DeSouza Oncology Chemotherapy/Biotherapy, preferred. 2 years recent experience in oncology. Current Oncology and or Palliative specialty designation from CNA, preferred.
