Coordinate the full cycle recruitment process with hiring managers to fill any vacant positions, including managing job postings, pre-screening applicants, assisting with interviews, and completing reference checks. Ensure consistent documentation and completeness of Human Resources files. Facilitate the new employee onboarding process, including new employee IT and building needs Maintain records of mandatory licenses and certifications.
