We have a diverse and inclusive workplace culture and offer exciting opportunities for career development.THE ROLE: The Business Application Advisor reports to a Senior Director and supports multiple transaction staff and business applications within the Client Services Branch which is focused on strategic oversight of client accounts and relationships.The Business Application Advisor is responsible to represent the branch, and the IMIT functionality that it uses, at cross divisional user group forums and joint IMIT committees. The role will be responsible for all documentation and training related to Client Services Branch utilization of RPD systems of record.The Business Application Advisor is an integral part of a high-functioning team and maintains a high-level of organization across the branch to ensure technology needs are met and transactional teams are well equipped to leverage the IMIT systems optimally.Job Requirements: A diploma in public or business administration or program related area or or an equivalent combination of education and *related experience may be considered. Experience in working collaboratively with various partners on business process change involving automation. Experience with business applications including implementation planning and testing, security, and the development of analytical reports. Preference may be given to applicants with the following: Twp (2) or more years of experience.
