Responsibilites:Generate Prospects & business from subprime lead channelsEnsure all sales activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies governing subprime lending practices, including fair lending practices and disclosure requirementsEducate clients about the terms and conditions of subprime loans, including associated risks and responsibilities, to help them make informed financial decisions.Approach, greet, and offer assistance or direction to all customersAssist customers in vehicle selection by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty, providing ongoing support and guidance throughout the loan application and repayment process.Bilingual is assett but not requiredGoal Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the company, while maintaining a focus on responsible lending practices and customer satisfaction.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, loan applications, and other relevant information in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirementsLearn to overcome objections, close sales, and perform all other steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards.Report to the Management Team regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analysisRequirements:Previous experience in SubprimeComfortable with compensation based on commission salesBasic computer knowledgeStrong Focus on customer service/ customer experienceStrong written & verbal communicationMust have a clean & valid driver’s licenseWhat we offer:A great work environment with opportunities for advancementCompetitive compensation packageOngoing training & supportMedical, dental & extended health benefits, Life management program
