System Configuration and Maintenance: Configure and maintain SAP SuccessFactors modules including Employee Central, Compensation, and Variable Pay. Lead integration between Employee Central and Compensation by mapping the fields to fetch information from Employee Central to Compensation and referring to foundation objects. Customize and optimize system settings, workflows, and business rules to align with organizational processes and requirements. End User Support and Training: Provide ongoing support to end users, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and resolving system-related problems in a timely manner. System Enhancement and Upgrades: Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and new features within SAP SuccessFactors ecosystem, recommending system enhancements and upgrades as needed to optimize functionality and usability. Data Analysis and Reporting: Use SAP SuccessFactors or PowerBI reporting tools and analytics to generate insights and metrics related to HR processes, employee data, and system performance. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Management, Computer Science or similar.
