The Opportunity: Reporting to the Plant Manager, the Sanitation Manager is responsible for effectively managing the cleaning and sanitization of processing equipment, utensils and the entire plant environment. The role is responsible for the development and execution of the sanitation program. The role strives for continuous improvement by analyzing sanitation performance metrics, determining root causes and implementing effective corrective actions to meet food safety and product quality standards.
