Participate in pre-construction and post-construction/lessons learned meetings. Complete Field Risk Assessment & Hazard Evaluation, Review Contractor's Safety procedures, Sign on to the tailboard on site. Complete daily field audit for the projects assigned. Prepare daily log with photos of all activities. Verify construction work is completed in accordance with design, regulatory, safety and client standards, applicable laws, and guidelines (e.g., MTO Book 7, MCR etc.). Verification of conformance to O. Reg 22/04. Issue Safety Non-Compliance Reports if required. Monitor contractor's corrective actions for violations of safety practices, plans and procedures or regulatory requirements. Issue Quality Non-Compliance Reports if required. Monitor contractor's corrective actions for deficiencies or non-adherence to design and standards. Verify Contractor's monthly billing and Change Orders.
