Understands the implications of various components (including technology strategy & architecture) to the overall design of a program, system, or eco-system. Ensures that systems functionally meet requirements, align with architecture and promote the development of common assets. Supports the resolution of production issues and problems. Conceive and write detailed software implementations/code while ensuring that their code/configurations adhere to the security, logging, error handling, and performance standards and non-functional requirements. Writes, configures, and integrates code to create the software that aligns with architecture patterns and technology strategy. What will you do: Design, implement and maintain on premise and cloud-based RPA platforms to enable automation across the bank. Manage all aspects of RPA platform operations including production support. Monitors and tracks performance and addresses any issues. Leads/conducts detailed code-reviews and provides feedback in a constructive manner. Decomposes business requirements and translates them into detailed design specifications and code. Interacts with key business & technology stakeholders to define, analyze, and deliver requirements that reflect the needs of both the business and end-customers. Builds and leads the production support function and associated processes for production issues, establishes a tiered support model, and manage escalations. Works with stakeholders to drive innovation and results through usage of the digital platform. Leverages platform tools to optimize campaigns and functionality. Establish and evangelize operational best practices, frameworks, and processes across all aspects of data platform operations. Focus is primarily on business/group within BMO; may have broader, enterprise-wide focus. What you need to succeed: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering Typically between 5 - 7 years of relevant RPA development experience using UIPath and similar tools 3+ years experience in Technology delivery and Platform management Deep knowledge and technical proficiency gained through extensive education and business experience especially Intelligent process automation lifecycle. Experience with RPA Tools including UiPath, WorkFusion and Power Automate. Experience with AWS as well as on premise platform management. Strong SDLC practice and programming languages (Python, Java, Node.js) Have facility with and understanding of the ecosystem that code operates in. Data security and privacy control. System and technology integration. Advanced level of proficiency: Technology delivery management. Compensation and Benefits: $74,800.00 - $138,600.00 Pay Type: Salaried The above represents BMO Financial Groups pay range and type. Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked. For commission roles, the salary listed above represents BMO Financial Groups expected target for the first year in this position.
