Position Overview Reporting to the Manager of Social Work, the Social Worker provides clinical Social Work services to residents, patients and their families; participates in an interdisciplinary team; consults with health care and community agencies; participates in the Admissions Assessment team; participates in Centre and community committees; participates in professional development activities; and performs basic administrative tasks. Experience At least two years' clinical experience in geriatrics and/or health care. Education (Degree/Diploma/Certificate) Bachelor of Social Work degree from a Canadian Association for Social Work Education (CASWE) accredited school/faculty, or a provincially conferred post-secondary program, or the approved equivalent if internationally educated, required.
