Reporting to the HCIS Manager (or designate), working within a psychosocial rehabilitation/harm reduction framework and informed by existing psychiatric and other health professional assessments, the Community Mental Health Worker 2 provides basic case management, establishes rehabilitation objectives and/or psychosocial rehabilitation plans for the assigned client population(s) and is expected to engage clients in various community settings as people with full potential and as meaningful collaborators in their own service planning, delivery and evaluation. Scheduling Information: Shift types for this position are days; and shift times are from 08:00 to 18:00 hours. This is a Casual opportunity.
