Experience overseeing the project delivery lifecycle for Content Services offerings, i.e., Content Management Strategies, Content Service Platform implementations (OpenText and SharePoint Online experience is an asset) and supporting clients withstanding up Information or Records Management Programs. Experience with end-to-end sales cycle support (responding to RFPs, building pitch decks to clients, developing marketplace eminence, identifying pricing strategy, etc.) A strong strategic mindset - developing business cases / vision, current & future state assessments, governance, operating models, implementation roadmaps and defined scope and timelines.
