They include but are not limited to an awareness of current scholarship and continuing mastery in one's field, instructional and professional duties, professional development, and service. In addition, duties and responsibilities may include scholarly activity.Education and Experience:The minimum qualification is a Master’s degree; PhD is preferred. An equivalent level credential as appropriate for the discipline will be considered. Professional or post-secondary school work experience directly related to the duty assignment is an asset. Experience demonstrating a learner-centered teaching philosophy is desired.
