Experience with keyboarding, word processing, spreadsheets, and other standard computer applications, including the MS Office suite of programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.). Experience maintaining databases and tracking systems, including entering, updating, and retrieving data; ensuring data integrity; running reports; and producing financial documents. Experience typing at a speed of 40 wpm. An equivalent combination of relevant experience, education and/or training may be considered. Preference may be given to applicants with one (1) or more of the following: Two (2) or more years of administrative/clerical office support experience. One (1) year experience in government accounting and/or court registry accounting. Court administration experience. Courts Trust Accounting System (CTAS), ARC and the CEIS and JUSTIN case tracking systems experience.
